In shock news Little Mix leave Simon Cowell's Syco record label just days before the release of their new Album LM5.

The girls Jesy Nelson, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Jade Thirlwall and Perrie Edwards have reportedly had fall outs with Simon and Syco over the past 12 months.

In a surprise move which has rocked the music industry, Simon has cut ties with their management company Modest Management who also manage Rak-Su. Both groups will now move to RCA records who are also under the Sony umbrella.

A spokesperson for Simon Cowell confirmed to the Sun newspaper “Syco Music will no longer work with Modest Management and therefore any artists signed to that management company.

“We do, of course, wish all artists affected by this decision every future success. Consequently, LM5, the forthcoming Little Mix album A&R’d and released on Syco Music, is to be serviced by RCA at the request of Syco and Simon Cowell.”

Little Mix were undoubtedly the jewel in the crown for Syco. They will be sorely missed at the record label.
