The X Factor auditions started filming last week, but strangely there has been no sign or announcement on the Xtra Factor hosts.
This appears to be because the show will air live as the auditions air later in the year.
Celebrity guests are among plans for the new-look show, as well as chats with contestants and viewers. The idea is to make the show much more reactive and able to bounce off of the comments and trends on social media.
Although yet to be confirmed by ITV, Radio Times are reporting Xtra Factor will be live from the very first audition.
This would indeed explain why the hosts have not been revealed as they won't be needed until the show airs late summer.
We had ruled Rylan out due to his Big Brother commitments, but if he is not needed until late summer he could be back in the frame.
