Simon Cowell made a surprise visit to Milan yesterday to attend the Italia's Got Talent Final.
At one point Simon Cowell had all the judges kneeling down before him. Will he try this on Britain's Got Talent later this month!
Unfortunately Simon had a slightly embarrassing moment as he annoounced the winner referring to the show as X Factor! Luckily everyone including Simon saw the funny side.
