Simon Cowell is reportedly a big fan of Rita Ora and has been eyeing her up for a seat on X Factor's judging panel.
Talking to The Daily Star, He said: "I saw Rita on The Voice and I thought she was very good. When it comes to asking her over, you know, it's fair game."
Having previously poached Alsha Dixon from Strictly Come Dancing he went on to say "We were calling Alesha for two years to come and join one of our shows."
He could have a job convincing Rita though, as she previously turned Simon and The X Factor down for The Voice, claiming to 'respect' the show more.
