Nominated by friend Rachel Roy, Simon Cowell took up the Ice Bucket Challenge with Lauren looking a little bit too happy to cover him with ice!
Simon giggled throughout the challenge, finishing by nominating his fellow X Factor judges, Cheryl, Mel B and Louis.
