Simon Cowell took a summer break with Lauren and Eric in Cabo, Mexico before flying back to Los Angeles for the America's Got Talent live shows.
Also joining them on the vacation was Terri Seymour and her daughter Coco.

Simon spoke about traveling with 3 year-old Eric saying, “Easy. Eric's old enough now to be my buddy. We talk to each other all the time. We're friends and he’s fun to be around.”
He went on to say “Mexico was amazing.. Coco's great. The two of them together — they are hilarious.”
