Simon Cowell and Lauren Silverman took their son Eric out for lunch to The Ivy in West Hollywood, Los Angeles, on Wednesday.
Arriving in his jeep Simon looked relaxed as did little Eric dressed in chino shorts and shirt.
Earlier in the day, Simon and Lauren went for a drive in Beverley Hills in Simon's Bronco jeep.
