A surprise press release from The X Factor states Louis Walsh has quit the show and Sharon Osbourne will only be attending the live shows. With Nicole not returning it will be all change on the panel this year.
Louis has been the longest running judge on the show, appearing in all but one series since the show began in 2004.
Louis said: I've had a fantastic 13 years on The X Factor but the show needs a change and I'm ready to leave.
Sharon who has appeared on seven series has chosen to appear in only the live episodes.
X Factor said in a statement: 'The developments signal the beginning of a new era for the UK's most popular music talent show, with returns to ITV for its 15th series later this year."
