Louis Tomlinson is launching his own record label. Louis new project is being backed by Sony and will be a part of Syco label, Simon Cowell's record label who One Direction are signed to.
Planning to launch the label this year Louis told the Sun newspaper "This is something I've wanted to do for some time, To be given the opportunity to potentially give new artists a platform is an incredible feeling. I hope to sign some really exciting new artists down the line." He adds that he has signed his first artist, a finalist of U.K.'s "The X Factor" named Jack Walton. He will hold auditions for a new girl band in the near future.
