Simon Cowell televison shows Brtain's Got Talent, X Factor, America's Got Talet

Simon Cowell is the creator and executive producer on X Factor, Britain's Got Talent and American Idol. These shows have produced several global stars including, Susan Boyle, One Direction and Little Mix.

The X Factor first screened in 2004 with Simon Cowell, Sharon Osbourne and Louis Walsh as the original judges.

The first three series of the show were hosted by Kate Thornton, who was replaced from series 4 by Dermot O'Leary

 

Artists discovered by The X Factor have sold more than 200 million records worldwide, including 200 No. 1s making it the most successful show in history for finding chart superstars. The X Factor is now produced in 53 territories and airs in 169 countries around the world.

2019 will see the original show rested with two new formats introduced. X Factor All-Stars with past contestants taking part and X Factor Celebrity.

BRITAIN'S GOT TALENT

Britain's Got Talent first aired in 2007 hosted by Ant & Dec. Contestants of any age can audition for the show, with their performance judged by a panel of judges; the original  judging panel was Simon CowellAmanda Holden and Piers Morgan. The current panel are Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams.  

 

The Got Talent format officially holds the Guinness Book of World Records title for highest number of adaptations, making it the ‘World’s Most Successful Reality TV format.’ America’s Got Talent currently airs in 193 countries. Original versions of the Got Talent format are produced in 69 territories worldwide.

America's Got Talent

America's Got Talent first screened in 2006. The original judging panel was David HasselhoffBrandy Norwood,and Piers Morgan.  Although created and executively produced by Simon Cowell, who joined the judging panel in 2016. joining Howie Mandel, Mel B and Heidi Klum. 2019 saw a different line up of judges when Julianne Hough and Gabrielle Union joined Simon and Howie with Terry Crews hosting.
